- Matching with Support Workers (If applicable): If support workers are needed, we carefully match you or your loved one with trained professionals who align well with your requirements and personality, ensuring a comfortable and enriching experience. If support is not required, this cost is not included.
- Flexible Scheduling: Our services are flexible and can be booked for an overnight stay nearby or for an extended period in another state, depending on your needs. Respite can be booked nationwide across Australia.
- Engagement and Activities: During the respite period, individuals can participate in a variety of activities of their choice. You will receive a pre-paid Mastercard that covers expenses, giving you the freedom to spend as you wish during your stay, including food costs.
- Service Agreement: Before finalizing anything, we will provide a service agreement outlining costs for your approval.
- Feedback and Adjustments: We encourage feedback to continuously enhance and adjust our services to better meet your expectations in future engagements.
- Easy Payment Process: Our transparent payment process adheres to NDIS pricing guidelines to ensure affordability and value. An invoice will be sent to you before your respite begins.
